Welcome to my blabber sheet (blog) where I heartily enjoy chatting about the soap business, farm updates, and occasionally throw in some random personal tibits.
Annie's Goat Hill is a small goat farm where we happily pursue the simple things in life. My passions have always centered around animals, soap, skin care, and fragrances. In my shop I find it a blessing to craft goat milk soap and skin care products, products that come directly from the fresh goat milk that I collect daily.
Mary, I was looking for a local soap making class, found one, but $259 per person! and I had hoped Mike could go too. We can't afford that. You got any connections in NC? :-) What part of Ohio are you in?
Joanna, that seems rather high to me. Let me do some digging around for you. I am located between Cincinnati and Columbus. FYI, I never took any classes, I read a lot of books and studied on the internet. I have some ideas for you, but let me do some brain storming.
I'm looking forward to those days again too and I'm heading to Georgia in a couple months or so too but the part of Georgia I'm headed to gets pretty chilly though.
I'm like Mary, when we made soap we have lots of soap making books laying around and we went by those when I was helping with my Mom but we made ours out in our garage.

Isn't it good to have pictures of spring and summer to remind us of the lush days and that is really IS a lot of fun to keep our goats / sheep ?
